Produced during Tiffany & Co.'s hey-day as a purveyor of fine home furnishings and exquisite decor, this turn of the century regulator clock- with mercury filled pendulum that corrects for changes in temperature to the mechanism- is in solid working order, with an accuracy to within a minute during daily running, and counted chimes on the hour along with single chimes on the half. Decorated to the face with Tiffany & Co. branding, floral wreaths, and gilt, in a solid brass casement with beveled glass panes. Doors open, front and back. Includes original steel key. Movement by Japy Freres, France. Age related patina to case, movement, pendulum.
